Cancellation Policy

To ensure that our sessions run smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your coaching session, we kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate your request and arrange for an alternative date and time. 2. Cancellation Fees: If you decide to cancel or reschedule your coaching session within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your session, which could have been offered to other clients. 3. Late Arrivals: Please be punctual for your coaching sessions. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
